FAQs

Absolutely, please communicate this to your Sales Consultant as early in the process as possible.

We understand building your new home is very exciting and you would like to watch the progress! We welcome you to visit your new home while it is being built. However, safety is key. Therefore, you need to communicate to your Sales Consultant when and if you will be visiting so they can verify it won’t interfere with trades/construction, accompany you to the job site, and provide you with PPE.

Your Sales Consultant will be communicating with you regularly and answering any questions you have throughout your homebuilding/home buying journey.

Your Sales Consultant will be your main point of contact while building/buying your new home. After closing on your new home, your primary point of contact will become our Home Services Team.
