In 2019, after years of relocating, Ashley and her family found their cherished home in Moore County, NC. Her deep-rooted connection to the military community and her passion for real estate make her an invaluable asset to those looking to settle in the area. Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four boys, gardening, and traveling.

Having lived in 13 countries before making NC their home, Emi Webster understands the process of relocation very well. Emi and her family moved to the Sandhills in 2001 after she accompanied her husband of 30 years through his international career which allowed her to study business at universities in various European countries. Before her real estate career, Emi worked as an advertising executive in London. She speaks Spanish fluently as well as conversational French and understands some German and Dutch. For the past 23 years, the Webster family has enjoyed calling the Sandhills area home. Their 3 boys attended local schools and NC universities and now have careers of their own. Recognizing a promising real estate market in the area, Emi obtained her license in 2002, and has been active as a real estate professional ever since. A Certified New Home Specialist with a Realtor Certification in residential construction, as well as MRP and AHWD certified, she is also a member of the local Realtor Association, the NCAR, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Moore County Homebuilders Association. When she is not showing prospective clients around the area, Emi and her husband, Colin, enjoy working together to design, build and sell homes through their company The Ascot Corporation, LLC.

Outside of work Emi loves to pursue her other interests which include travelling, antique hunting, art, scuba diving and skiing.
